Support
Help for scanning, restock levels, the shopping list, expiration reminders, purchases, iCloud sync, widgets, and app privacy.
Include the app version, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.
How does scanning work?
Point your camera at a product barcode and Restock reads it on-device, then looks up a name and details from Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central. In a few seconds the item is on your shelf, ready for you to set a quantity, location, or restock level.
What if a barcode is not found?
Some products are not in the public databases yet. When that happens, add the item by hand with whatever name you like. Restock remembers it, so the next time you scan that barcode it fills in automatically.
How do restock levels fill the shopping list?
Set a restock level on a staple, for example 2 cans of beans. When your count drops below it, Restock adds the item to your shopping list automatically. You can still add anything to the list by hand.
How do I restock after a grocery run?
Use the restock-what-I-bought flow. After shopping, run through the items you picked up and Restock bumps their counts back up in one pass, then clears them from the shopping list.
How do expiration reminders work?
Add an expiration date to an item and Restock can notify you before it goes bad using local notifications on your device. Per-item reminders are a Premium feature.
What is free versus Premium?
The free tier tracks up to 150 items across 5 locations, with barcode scanning, restock levels, the auto-filled shopping list, and expiration tracking. Premium and Lifetime add unlimited items, custom locations, CSV and PDF export, and per-item expiration reminders.
What does Premium cost?
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription at $9.99 per year, and there is a one-time Lifetime Unlock at $24.99. Manage or cancel a subscription any time in iOS Settings under your Apple ID. The Lifetime Unlock does not renew.
How do I restore my Premium or Lifetime Unlock?
Open Restock, go to Settings, then use Restore Purchases. Restock asks Apple StoreKit to refresh the subscription or Lifetime Unlock tied to your Apple ID.
How do I sync across devices?
iCloud sync is optional and free. When you enable it, Restock uses your own private iCloud through Apple CloudKit so your pantry appears on your other signed-in devices. Atlas Peak Media has no access to your iCloud data.
Are there widgets?
Yes. Restock includes home screen and lock screen widgets so you can see what is running low or what is expiring soon without opening the app.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your pantry stays on your device. Restock requires no account, uses no analytics, and never uploads your pantry. A barcode lookup sends only the scanned digits to Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central.
How do I delete or export my data?
Delete individual items, locations, or list entries in the app, or delete the app to remove all local data. Premium users can export the full pantry as CSV or PDF from Settings. If iCloud sync is on, manage that copy in iOS Settings under your Apple ID.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@atlaspeakmedia.com with your device model, iOS version, Restock version, what you expected, what happened, and any screenshots that help explain the issue.
