Privacy Policy

This Fastwell-specific policy supplements the Atlas Peak Media privacy policy and describes the data behavior of the Fastwell iOS app.
Overview
Fastwell is a science-based fasting timer and education app for iPhone. It is designed to be local-first: your fasting sessions, weight log, quiz progress, science-journey state, and onboarding selections are created by you and stored on your device.
Fastwell does not require an Atlas Peak Media account.
Data Fastwell Handles
Fasting and progress data: your fasting sessions, start and end times, completion status, streaks, metabolic-zone history, education-module completion, quiz scores, and journey progress.
Health data: with your permission, Fastwell reads weight, heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, and blood glucose from Apple Health to show correlation trends, and can write your fasting sessions and a body-weight entry back to Apple Health. This data is processed on-device.
Subscription status: Apple StoreKit tells the app whether your Apple ID has an active premium subscription or the lifetime unlock. Atlas Peak Media does not receive your payment card information.
Onboarding selections: your goal, experience level, chosen protocol, and any health conditions you indicate to tailor in-app guidance. These stay on your device.
Storage and Sync
Fastwell stores your fasting, weight, quiz, and journey data locally on your device using on-device storage.
Education modules, science content, and quiz questions are bundled with the app and are not used for advertising.
Apple Health data accessed by Fastwell is governed by iOS Health permissions you control and is never copied to an Atlas Peak Media server.
Third-Party Services
Apple services: App Store, StoreKit (purchases and subscriptions), HealthKit (with your permission), WidgetKit, ActivityKit (Live Activities), and local notifications support core functionality on-device.
Fastwell does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not include cross-app tracking.
What Fastwell Does Not Do
Fastwell does not sell your health or fasting data.
Fastwell does not use your health or fasting data for advertising.
Fastwell does not transmit your fasting history, weight log, quiz results, or Apple Health data to Atlas Peak Media or any third party as analytics events.
Fastwell does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device.
Deleting Data
You can clear your data inside the app, and you can delete all Fastwell data by deleting the app from your device. Apple Health data you have shared can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
