How do I restore my premium access?

Open Fastwell, go to Settings, then use Restore Purchases. Fastwell asks Apple StoreKit to refresh the subscription or Lifetime unlock tied to your Apple ID. Premium travels with you across signed-in iPhones.

What does premium cost, and is there a trial?

Fastwell is free to use. Premium is optional: Monthly $3.99 or Yearly $24.99 — both auto-renewable subscriptions with a 1-week free trial — or a one-time Lifetime unlock at $49.99. You are not charged during the free trial; cancel before it ends to avoid billing.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not in the app. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Fastwell, and cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.

What is free and what is premium?

Free includes the fasting timer with metabolic-zone tracking, the guided science journey, education modules, the quiz engine, safety check-ins, refeeding guidance, widgets, and Live Activities. Premium adds extended fasting protocols (36h+), advanced education tiers, and the full analytics dashboard.

How does Apple Health integration work?

With your permission, Fastwell reads weight, heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, and blood glucose from Apple Health to show correlation trends, and can write your fasting sessions and a body-weight entry back to Health. All of this happens on-device. You can grant or revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Does Fastwell require an account?

No. Fastwell does not require an Atlas Peak Media account. Your data is stored on your device and premium is tied to your Apple ID through StoreKit.

Are the widgets and Live Activity not updating?

Make sure you have started a fast — the widgets and Live Activity reflect the active session. If they still do not update, remove and re-add the widget, confirm Fastwell has notification permission for the Live Activity, and ensure the app has been opened at least once after install.

What are the safety check-ins and refeeding guidance?

For longer fasts, Fastwell prompts periodic safety check-ins and shows refeeding guidance to help you end a fast carefully. These are general educational tools, not medical supervision. Stop any fast and seek medical care if you feel unwell.

Is Fastwell medical advice?

No. Fastwell is an informational and self-tracking tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Fasting carries real risks. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before fasting, especially with any medical condition, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or a history of an eating disorder. The full Medical Disclaimer is in the app under Settings → Legal.

How do I delete my data?

Clear your data inside the app, or delete the app from your device to remove all local Fastwell data. Apple Health data you shared is removed by revoking access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

How do I report a bug?

Email fastwell@atlaspeakmedia.com with your device model, iOS version, Fastwell version, what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and any screenshots that help explain the issue.
