Lexica uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store distribution unless App Store Connect later states otherwise. These Lexica terms supplement the Atlas Peak Media Terms of Service for product-specific purchases, study data, and disclaimers.

Lexica Premium is an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store at $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. It unlocks every language and every word, writing practice for the whole script, a natural voice streamed past word 500 while you are online, and pronunciation scoring by server transcription. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Lexica also offers four vocabulary packs as one-time, non-consumable purchases priced from $1.99 to $2.99: Military & Defense, Medical & Healthcare, Legal, and Business & Finance.

Purchases, refunds, billing questions, and restore-purchase flows are handled by Apple. Atlas Peak Media does not receive your payment-card information.

Without a purchase, Lexica provides a free tier: one language at a time with its first 500 words, a natural voice for those words and their example sentences, writing practice for the first 100 characters, and pronunciation scoring on your device.

The free tier does not include more than one language at a time, words past the first 500, writing practice past the first 100 characters, the streamed voice past word 500, server pronunciation scoring, or the vocabulary packs.

Lexica is informational study software for learning vocabulary and grammar. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any government language program, testing authority, or standardized exam, including the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT).

Lexica does not deliver, proctor, or grade any official language examination. Practice and progress indicators in Lexica are estimates intended for self-assessment.

Performance in Lexica does not guarantee a particular result on any external test or in real-world use. Verify vocabulary, grammar, and usage against authoritative sources for your target language. See the Lexica Privacy Policy for how study data is handled.

Vocabulary lists, grammar topics, and Library packs are compiled by Atlas Peak Media and may not reflect every regional variation, register, or nuance of a given language. Verify usage against authoritative sources.

FSRS spaced-repetition scheduling is a memory-management tool. Mastery indicators and ranked-list ordering are decision aids, not guarantees of proficiency.

The voices for each language's first 500 words were made in advance with Google Cloud Text-to-Speech and play from the app or from a download. For Premium subscribers, the streamed voice past word 500 and server pronunciation scoring use ElevenLabs through the Lexica audio service; their quality and availability depend on that third-party service.

Do not redistribute, scrape, or republish Lexica vocabulary lists, grammar topics, Library pack content, or specialty pack content.

Do not attempt to bypass StoreKit purchases, jailbreak entitlement checks, or use Lexica in a way that violates Apple's Developer Program License Agreement or applicable law.

Do not use the Lexica audio service to submit content unrelated to vocabulary study or in a way that abuses its speech or transcription features.

Do not misrepresent Lexica progress or practice indicators as official examination or certification results.
